19 Mar COVID-19 update
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
To our valued Fön Salon community,
With the current status of COVID-19 and the impact it may continue to have, we want to reassure you that we are doing what we can to look after the health and safety of our staff and all customers that come into our store.
Our salon will remain open normal hours and our wonderful staff are here to assist you.
We have put in place anti bacterial stations at every seat (we ask you please use them before picking up magazines)
And our staff are working to ensure the store remains sanitised and hygienic for you to visit.
Our team have formally been authorised to reschedule or refuse attendance of anyone with flu-like symptoms or possible chest infection, along with those returning from overseas travel.**
It is your obligation to pass this information on to reception via phone call. I’m sure you can appreciate that the health of our team and clients is paramount.
At this stage, Fon Salon will not be closing and we’ll be continuing to look after our guests as usual. We will take advice from the Commonwealth and State Departments of Health and act on that advice.
If at any time we are instructed to close, the length of the closure will depend upon the advice of the relevant government departments. If that were the case you will be notified via phone, SMS or email.
We also just wanted to add – One of our team members is pregnant and is prone to respiratory issues. We would really appreciate it if all of our community can respect this and follow these guidelines.
We are all in this together and need to look after each other.
If you have any questions please do get in touch at email@example.com
The Fon Team.
