CANCELLATION: We require 24hrs notice via phone call if you can’t make your appointment for any reason. You will be charged 50% of your booking fee.


NO SHOW: If you are unable to make your appointment without contacting us, we will charge the full amount of services booked in. (Someone else can have that booking if we know in advance.)


Your colourist can administer a “patch test”  to determine if you will experience a reaction to hair colouring. If you choose to have the patch test it must be administered 48 hours prior to your appointment for colouring services. You have the right to request a patch test prior to every service at no additional charge to you. Please indicate at time of booking whether you would like the patch test performed.
