We require 24hrs notice via phone call or email fon@fonsalon.com.au if you cannot make your appointment for any reason. You will be charged 50% of your booking fee if appropriate time is not given.

Fon Salon is closed Sunday/Monday and you will need to contact the business via email.

Any gift vouchers will be 100% voided if correct notice time is not given.

If you are unable to make your appointment without contacting us, we will charge 100% of services booked in. (Someone else can have that booking if we know in advance.)

We aim to call you if our stylist is running behind, and we expect the same courtesy in return. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule the appointment. Our software automatically reminds our clients via text and email of appointments booked in, all we ask in return is for respect of our time.

This is a gentle reminder that our salon is a haven for our guests. We ask that you arrive alone to your appointment however if you have little ones with you, that you be mindful of our space and other clients. Giant mirrors, hot tools, leather chairs, and scissors snipping don’t make for the safest of environments for active kiddies.

A few rules we need everyone to play by:

  1. no running
  2. no spinning, climbing or feet on furniture
  3. no yelling or screaming
  4. no pens or textas on our chairs

We want to ensure everyone has a relaxing experience every time they visit Fon.

Your colourist can administer a “patch test”  to determine if you will experience a reaction to hair colouring. If you choose to have the patch test it must be administered 48 hours prior to your appointment for colouring services. You have the right to request a patch test prior to every service at no additional charge to you. Please indicate at time of booking whether you would like the patch test performed. Any changes or reactions need to be reported within seven days of the service and our team will rectify the situation.
