We get it. Life’s busy.
We‘re a small business and we try to accommodate our clients’ busy schedules, however, to make sure our salon is running as smooth as the hair we create for you, we’ve had to enforce some new rules.
This is our Salon Policy…
We require 24 hours notice via phone call if a client can’t make an appointment for any reason. The client will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
If the client is unable to make the appointment without contacting us, we will charge the full amount of services booked in. (Someone else could have that booking if we know in advance. 😉)
At times we all run late. We aim to call you if our stylist is running behind, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
We remind our clients via text and email of appointments booked in, all we ask in return is for respect of our time.
