We get it. Life’s busy.
We‘re a small business and we try to accommodate our clients’ hectic schedules, however, to make sure our salon is running as smooth as the hair we create for you, we’ve had to enforce some rules.
This is our Salon Policy…
We require 24 hours notice via phone call if a client can’t make an appointment for any reason. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
If the client does not attend their appointment without contacting us, we will charge the full amount of services booked in. (Someone else could have that booking if we know in advance. 😉)
At times we all run late. We aim to call you if our stylist is running behind, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
We remind our clients via text and email of appointments booked in, all we ask in return is for respect of our time.
This is a gentle reminder that our salon is a haven for (mostly) adults.
We ask that if you have little ones with you in the salon, that you be mindful of our space and other clients.
Giant mirrors, hot tools, white leather chairs, and scissors snipping don’t make for the safest of environments for active kiddies.
Just like the schoolyard, we have a few rules we need everyone to play by:
- no running
- no spinning, climbing or feet on furniture
- no yelling or screaming
- no pens or textas on our white leather chairs
We want to ensure everyone has a relaxing experience every time they visit Fon.
